- Product Exchange: Requests accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 3 days of receiving your order. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
- Returns/Cancellations: We do not accept returns and cancellations. All sales are final.
- Change of mind: We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items solely due to a change of mind.
Our products are non-refundable. We only offer exchanges for items that are damaged or defective to ensure the satisfaction and trust of our customers in the quality of our products.
